I agree that Bonanza Casino and Reno Mustang Car Club (RMCC) and/or any and all officers and other individuals associated with this event shall not be held liable for any and all damages, injuries, losses and/or claims which may have occurred to any participant, entrant, guest and/or his/her vehicle or property. I waive all claims against, release and shall not hold the Bonanza Casino, RMCC, their Board of Directors, members and agents inclusive responsible for any personal injuries or any loss or damage to my vehicle(s) or contents from any cause whatsoever. I further certify that my vehicle(s) are fully insured.
